What is your cancellation policy?
- 100% refund until 24 hours after booking accepted.
- 100% refund until 30 days before check-in.
- 50% refund until 14 days before check-in.
What time is check-in/out?
Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
For our Gainesville properties, check-out is at 11:00 AM.
What is not allowed?
- No smoking inside any of our properties.
- No parties or large events.
Do you allow pets?
Yes, pets are allowed at all our properties except our condo at Panama City Beach.
Why are there still fees?
The fees paid by us and you help ensure both groups are covered with insurance. The fees on this site are 10% less than Airbnb for a guest though (4% here vs 14% on Airbnb).
Cleaning fees are what our cleaners charge and go directly to them, there is no additional padding on the cleaning fee. This ensures our cleaners are paid a living wage in expensive tourist areas.
